MIVI Rock & Roll W1 Wired Earphones – REVIEW
Build Quality and Overview
The Rock & Rock W1 earphones come in a good quality plastic shell with a premium design and a combination of two colours for every vibe. The braided cable looks more elegant and strong as well as doesn’t get tangled easily.
We are sure that the braided cable will be liked by many users and especially for those who keep their earphones in pockets and bag. The upper part of the cable, on the other hand, doesn’t come with any braiding.
Moreover, there is an L-shaped 3.5mm connector so that you can hold your smartphone horizontally comfortably. The cable also comes with an in-line remote which accommodates MEMS microphone and a multifunctional button that answer/reject calls and play/pause music with a single press, changes track with the double and triple press and long press to launch the voice assistant.
Comfortability
As far as comfort is concerned, the earphones are in 45° ergonomic design that helps them to fit along the natural curves of ears and do not fall easily even while running Mivi also offers 2 extra pairs of silicone tips of different sizes that will fit in your ears easily. You can even wear the earbuds for a long time and it won’t hurt your ears because of its lightweight.
Sound Quality
The Mivi wired earphones come with 10mm Neodymium driver for deep and better bass. Though in reality, the overall sound quality is good as compared to its competitors. The vocals are sharp and crystal clear and the volume is well balanced. Besides, the bass is heavy or we can say that above-average while the treble is normal.
While calling also the audio is crisp and much audible, however, it doesn’t eliminate the background noise completely. So when you call someone, the microphone will capture your voice and slightly the background sound as well. It is acceptable because you cannot ask too many things at this price point. And if you place your microphone far away, your voice would sound low to the listener too.
Verdict
The Rock & Rock W1 wired earphones will be a perfect choice for you if you attend a lot of calls or love listening to music or watch video content throughout the day. Moreover, it is best suited for young users who like bright colours as these earphones come in 5 distinct colours – Black, Red, Yellow, Blue and Champagne. Since these earphones deliver decent sound quality and come in a good build quality which is uncommon in this segment, the price is worth it. Additionally, you also get a 1-year warranty on these earphones hence you should definitely buy these if you want branded earphones under Rs. 400.
